The Architect

Ok now for the past few days, I have decided to design houses using the Sims 3. I dont know why the urge suddenly came but i guess it was similar to my urge to draw or basically my urge to express my artistic senses. Wont bore you guys no more with dull speeches and stuff but here it goes.

House Alpha:

House Alpha is single bedroom bunglow consisting of 2 seperate buildings, main lobby and pent house. The main lobby and pent house are connect via a floor bridge that is used for parties, BBQs or for just plain relaxing or sunbathing. The main lobby is designed under the influence of an open air concept where walls do not distinguish the different sections of the building. The living room is dug into the ground and layered with marble flooring to give it the slight colonial look but has the modern aroma to it as shown by the intense lighting by the large windows. To allow more light to enter the house, the living room is completely open air. There is no roof there. Airconditioning is on throughout but will not escape (cold air is dense) in between the buildings, is the swimming pool which is also directly under the floor bride, allowing swimmers to swim without fear of the sun's deadly UV rays. The pent house is the theater of the whole building. Notice that the main lobby has no television whatsoever? Thats cause its located in the pent house. With a large 65inch LED TV and 6.1 surround sound, it will deliver mind blowing realism in all your movies and game. The whole bottom room is designed acoustically be it lighthing or room shape along with materials required for a pleasant experiance. Above it all is the master bed room with built in walk in closet. The room is partitioned into two to split the study corner and bed area. The house has a total of 3 toilets, one in the main lobby and the other 2 in the pent house.

Well thats all for now folks... I'll be back soon with the second house codenamed Beta. Its dedicated to this girl Izyan. She'd be so proud!
